Any project manager can deliver status reports, resourcing planning, and budgets.   With over 20 years implementing systems, 17 years as a project manager – 10 of them as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in the software implementation and development space, KaizenOcho understands the short falls of a pure Project Manager.  Another key to a successful project is an understanding of the whole process – are the reports being used, how are they being used, who is reading the reports – what is wasted time and effort?  Before you start a project, it is necessary to understand what steps and documents are necessary.  KaizenOcho has the right kind of knowledge and experience to help guide your company on their systems implementation journey to deliver results efficiently.

Every project needs a change management leaders, but few service providers can provide both in a single package.  We provide expertise in organizational change management (masters in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources), in addition to experience in process improvement, systems development and implementation.
