Process management

The fundamental skill for any Industrial Engineer is to understand the entire process.  The owner of Kaizen Ocho developed this understanding working as an industrial engineer on the manufacturing floor and enhanced this skill implementing manufacturing scheduling and enterprise supply chain planning systems.  As a Kaizen engineer, with an emphasis on bringing together people from various departments to improve a process, the goal is to get valuable input from different people to improve a process.

Any project manager can deliver status reports, resourcing planning, and budgets.   With over 20 years implementing systems, 17 years as a project manager – 10 of them as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in the software implementation and development space, Kaizen Ocho understands the short falls of a pure Project Manager.
